MEXT scholarship in JAPAN
This is one of the most prestigious scholarships in Japan. The purpose of these scholarship programs is to accept excellent human resources from foreign countries, including India, to Japan, as international students, to promote mutual understanding with foreign countries and to form human networks, to strengthen the educational and research abilities of Japanese universities, and to make international intellectual contributions. It is a fully-funded scholarship provided by the government of Japan. There are two tracks of this scholarship i. Embassy track ii. University track. In the embassy track, students apply through the education ministry of their country, and in the university track, students directly apply to the university. This scholarship is provided by the government of India. It is a fully funded scholarship to study bachelor, master, and PhD to Indian universities. The medium of instruction is English, therefore English language proficiency certificate is mandatory. Students can apply to up to 3 universities but finally, get enrolled in any one of the three universities. Undergrad students need to send a self-made video about themself along with other necessary documents. Scholarship awardees are exempt from paying tuition fees of the university and also receive a monthly living allowance of 600-800 dollars. Global KOREA scholarship program
To provide international students with opportunities to conduct advanced studies in undergraduate & graduate programs at higher educational institutions in the Republic of Korea in order to promote international exchanges in education and mutual friendship between countries. Successful awardees are exempt from paying tuition fees, full medical insurance is covered and a living allowance of 900,000 KRW ~ 1,000,000 KRW is provided. Learning the Korean language is mandatory after going to Korea and the cost of language learning will also be provided by the scholarship authority. Singapore government scholarship (SINGA)
It can be considered one of the best scholarships in the world. Students can apply for Ph.D. in the three most prestigious universities in Singapore. The application procedure for this scholarship is a bit different than other scholarships. Here, every year NTU, NUS, and A STAR laboratory publish a circular mentioning the name of some projects. Students have to choose a maximum of three projects and apply for those projects. It is a fully funded scholarship and one of the most highly paid scholarships in the world. Asian development bank scholarship in JAPAN
The ADB–Japan Scholarship Program (ADB–JSP) enrolls about 300 students annually in academic institutions located in 9 countries within the Region. Upon completion of their study programs, scholars are expected to contribute to the economic and social development of their home countries. This is a fully funded scholarship and all expenses are covered by the authority. The study countries are Pakistan, India, USA, NewZealand, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Thailand and Japan. Applicants should indicate to the academic institution that they are applying for admission and that they would like to be considered for the ADB–JSP Scholarship. The completed institution application form and required documentation, including the ADB–JSP application sheet form, should be submitted to the academic institution. HONG KONG Ph.D. fellowship
Hong Kong has some of the best universities in the world. Students from all over the world can join in any Ph.D. program to 8 famous universities of Hong Kong. The scholarship is HK$80,000 (approximately US$10,300) per year for non-local students. For more details refer to this PAGE.
HKSES scholarship in HONG KONG

CSC scholarship in CHINA
This famous scholarship is awarded by the scholarship council of CHINA. The application deadline is December to April every year. Under this scholarship, foreign students can study in Chinese or in English. Like the MEXT scholarship, this scholarship can be applied through both the embassy or directly to the university.
